What Are Actionable Insights?

Actionable insights are suggestions generated by your agents based on patterns they observe across your organisation. Each insight identifies a specific area where you can improve compliance and tells you what to do about it. Agents surface issues you might not spot on your own and suggest concrete next steps.

How Agents Generate Actionable Insights

Agents continuously observe traces, sessions, and usage patterns across your workspaces. When they detect a recurring pattern, an emerging risk, or an opportunity to strengthen compliance, they create an actionable insight. Each actionable insight includes four parts:

Reviewing Actionable Insights

View Your Actionable Insights

Open Actionable Insights from your insights dashboard. You see all open items sorted by relevance.

Read the Details

Select an insight to see its full description, the suggested action, and the category it belongs to.

Decide and Act

Follow the suggested action if you agree with the insight. If it does not apply, you can still resolve it.

Mark as Resolved

Once you have addressed the insight or decided it is not applicable, mark it as resolved to keep your list clean.

Managing Actionable Insights

You can keep insights open or resolve them as you work through your list. Resolved insights stay in your history for reference but no longer appear in your active queue. Revisit open insights regularly. Patterns change over time, and agents may update or add insights as new data comes in.

Best Practices

Set a regular cadence to review open actionable insights. Weekly reviews keep your compliance current and prevent a backlog from building up.
Route insights to the right team members based on category. An insight about data handling goes to your privacy team. One about service usage goes to IT.
If agents consistently generate insights you dismiss, consider adjusting their configuration. Your agents should surface what is genuinely valuable.
