View Your Actionable Insights
Open Actionable Insights from your insights dashboard. You see all open items sorted by relevance.
Read the Details
Select an insight to see its full description, the suggested action, and the category it belongs to.
Decide and Act
Follow the suggested action if you agree with the insight. If it does not apply, you can still resolve it.
Managing Actionable Insights
You can keep insights open or resolve them as you work through your list. Resolved insights stay in your history for reference but no longer appear in your active queue. Revisit open insights regularly. Patterns change over time, and agents may update or add insights as new data comes in.Best Practices
