What Is Data Privacy in Velatir?

Out of the box, Velatir removes sensitive content from session data. You get full governance and compliance capabilities without retaining raw user data.

If your compliance requirements call for access to raw session data for review purposes, you can opt in at the organisation level. This saves the data that would otherwise be scrubbed.

Open Organisation Settings
Navigate to your organisation settings and select the Data Privacy section.
Review Default Settings
Confirm that data scrubbing is enabled. This is the default and recommended configuration for most organisations.
Audit Logs

Support Access Control
Velatir’s support team does not have access to your account by default. You explicitly grant and revoke access when you need assistance.
